I haven't followed it since - this was a year ago maybe - but it seems like the big players don't feel like OLED can be made economical versus improving LCD, or perhaps a third technology diamondtrpn hope might take over. About ten years ago when I bought my first 24" LCDs for space reasons, I stuck my three Diamondtrons in storage hoping I could get back to using them someday as I felt the image was better.

I'm sure there's some edge case to be made for CRT's but I imagine if you're one of the people with niche needs like that, you'd know about it. Man, not even sure what you could use that much real estate for, it's sick!

diamonndtron I only recall that being an advantage in the dark. Your Mitsubishi is not the prized FW, but it is a Trinitron and people still look for the Sony F which is only 21".
